The Inspection Screen is where you will enter requests for inspections as well as results and comments.  When you click the "Add Recd" button, the system will ask for a permit number. Then the top section of screen will be automatically filled in with data from the permit. 

In this example, this is the fourth inspection for this permit as indicated by the "004" in the upper right corner. 

The system also displays the 3 prior approved inspections.  The codes for those inspections types are displayed below the contractor's name.

Inspection Types are user-defined.  You may set up as many as you like.

Reviewing the permit application
Reviewing all previous inspections (as a report)
Printing an Inspection Ticket
Linking approved re-inspections to failed inspections
