Code Enforcement Inspections - Creating Letters

Creating custom letters/notices for violations is a simple 3 step process.

First, choose the template you want to use...



Second, select the ordinance to be referenced in the letter...



Third, select the Inspection Remarks to be printed in your letter....



After you have made your selections, you may preview
your letter prior to printing it.  After printing, you may
choose to insert a notation in the General Remarks field,
listing the letter, ordinance,and remarks that were
used to generate a letter/notice on the current date.
