The Code Enforcement Inspections module keeps track of any type  of local code/ordinance violations and the inspections and notices associated with them  Use this module to track inspections initiated by a citizen complaint, like overgrown yards and lots, or periodic inspections (like restaurants or daycare providers).

If your inspection warrants an official notice, you can automatically generate a letter to the owner, using one of the letters you have set up in the Letter Master File.  The letter can quote the ordinance they have violated word-for-word if desired.

Follow-up inspections can be scheduled for anytime in the future and additional notices can be generated as needed.
