The Contractor Master File Screen
The Contractor Master File captures all information for contractors who apply for permits. In addition to the usual... name, address, phone, you can enter an email address and primary contact name.The system can track up to 6 licenses and expiration dates which will be checked whenever the contractor applies for a permit. An Alert Message can also displayed when they apply for permits.
