The Fee Screen is where you select the appropriate fees for this permit.  In this example, the fee is based on the value of the job.  When you click "Select Fees", the system automatcally caluculates the permit fee based on the entries in your fee table.  You can select additional fees as needed... also from the user-defined fee table.  Once the fees have been calculated, you can issue the permit with or without conditions by clicking the "Issue Permit" button.

Permit-LV uses ordinary 8"x11" paper for permits.  You may print as many copies as you need.

If you collect the fees in your office, the system will optionally print a separate receipt.  If you do not collect the fees in your office, you can optionally print a payment coupon for your customer to present to the cashier.
