The Approvals Screen
The Approvals Screen is where
you indicate who must sign off on a permit before it can be issued.
If a permit must be approved by other departments, you simply check the
appropriate box by the
department's name. The 6 departments listed are user-defined so you can
change the names as
needed. Other requirements can also be indicated and documented
that they are met. All selected
approvals and requirements must be entered before the system will allow
you to issue the permit.
