The Ordinance Master File is where you will store the words
and phrases of your actual ordinances.  You may enter
them word-for-word or paraphrase them if desired.  

If you already have your ordinances in an electronic format,
i.e., www.municode.com or in a MS Word document, you can copy
and paste directly into the Description field and eliminate re-typing.
