Code Enforcement Inspections - Letter Master File

The Letter Master File is where you define the wording for each type
of violation notice/letter you send out.  You may create as many
letters as needed.  When you are ready to generate a new letter,
simply select the desired template from this master file, select the
ordinance to be sited, and choose which remarks to incoporate.

You can preview each letter before printing and have
a notation of same inserted into the general remarks.
