WindoWare!, Inc.’s staff members work closely with every client to insure that 
the development of their system is in line with their needs and expectations.

Permit-IT is installed as a turn-key system, including any custom programming
or custom modules your department needs to carry out your normal responsibiities.

In addition to the standard features, there are many custom modules to choose
from if your department needs to track/and or issue other special permits.

You can choose from:

  • Contractor Licenses
  • Annual Sign Licenses
  • Annual Fire Inspections
  • Elevator Certificates

  • You can choose any combination or all of them as 
    needed to make your system complete.

    One week of on-site training is included as part of your package. 
    By the end of the week, you will be using Permit-IT live to track 
    applications, issue permits, schedule inspections and all other daily activities.

    Permit-IT also includes data conversion from existing records whenever possible.

    WindoWare is committed to service after a client has begun 
    implementing Permit-IT or any of the other software systems it offers.

    Via high speed connection to the Internet, WindoWare's staff can be at your
    office (virtually, of course) within 5 minutes of a call to our toll-free number.

    Utilizing remote access software from Microsoft (NetMeeting), WindoWare's
    staff can see a computer in your office - as you see it - to answer questions, 
    provide additional training, or install an upgrade - all in just minutes.

    WindoWare also offers consultation services when you may have a conflict 
    with non-WindoWare supplied components.  We serve as your first line of 
    defense for technical support and will work with your IT department to 
    help resolve any issues related to computers in your office.

    Our ongoing commitment to our customers means that:

      • Calls for support are responded to within 30 minutes - if not immediately.

      • All users are encouraged to make suggestions or request 
      • enhancements at any time.

      • Each upgrade’s new features and/or enhancements are drawn 
      • directly from our user’s wish list.
